Updates for 2025
Fee schedule
As of 1st January 2025 the standard fee across all consultation times will remain the same at $253. For patients with a Mental Health Care Plan, the Medicare rebate is $141.85 which is processed on the day of payment. Alternatively, without a Mental Health Care Plan some private health funds provide a rebate if you are covered for mental health in your extras. You will be provided with a receipt to submit to your private health fund. Medicare rebates will be reviewed by Medicare and published on 1st July 2025.
Late cancellation fees will remain at $150 for cancellations made within 48 hours of session time. If you have any concerns or questions, please discuss this at your next session.

AI Notes
As a part of streamlining private practice and administrative tasks, together with increasing connection during session without the need for note taking, with your consent, a new AI-assisted notetaking tool through Novonote will be introduced in 2025. This secure and confidential technology allows us to create more detailed and organised session notes, freeing up more time during appointments to focus on what matters most—our conversation and your goals. By streamlining the administrative side of therapy, this tool helps ensure that important insights and progress are documented efficiently, supporting continuity in your care. Your privacy remains our top priority, and all information processed through this system is handled with the utmost care and compliance with ethical standards. This is opt-in only and requires a one off signed consent form, you can request to opt out at anytime over the course of your sessions. You can read more about privacy and how the data is stored here.
